1. Compatibility of the rubber seal material with the working medium

The material of the seal should be selected according to the sealing medium. There should be good compatibility between the seal material and the working medium, and it should withstand the corrosion and wear of the working medium, and will not have chemical reactions with the working medium to cause precipitation and crystallization.

2. Seal material and mechanical speed

The ability of the seal material to adapt to the mechanical movement speed is also different. When the mechanical rotation speed is high, the ordinary material seal may fail and cause leakage.

3. Seal material and working temperature

The influence of temperature on the seal is particularly large. If the selected material cannot adapt to the working temperature, the service life of the seal will be greatly reduced.

4. Seal material and working pressure

The relationship between the material of the seal and the pressure is also very important. If the pressure is too high, the wear will be accelerated. If the pressure is too small, the sealing effect will not be ideal.
